Meet The Flaim Group's
Principal Designer
Bernadette Flaim is founder and Principal Designer of The Flaim Group LLC. She has been in the home staging, interior redesign and organizing industries since 2004 and is an accredited and certified home staging professional and RESA-PRO, specializing in occupied home stagings, "quick fixes" and pre-listing photo styling. She also provides interior redesign services to her clients, including one-day room makeovers and color consultations.
In addition, Bernadette is co-founder and owner of ReadyStageMove™ a proven system that teaches stagers, organizers and real estate agents how to develop and collaborate through strategic partnerships an effective way to prepare, market and sell properties faster and for more money.
She is also Past President of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) - NJ Chapter and was named "Best of Houzz" in 2015 and awarded 2014 "Reader's Choice" - Outstanding Home Stager" - Bergen Health & Life Magazine.
